Exceptionala! Retetare complete, cu descrierea in detaliu a produselor, inclusiv continutul caloric. Etapele sunt foarte clar delimitate, iar operatiunile sunt explicate exhaustiv, astfel incat sa poata fi urmate chiar si de novici. In plus, exista sfaturi utile, aplicabile in general pentru anumite tehnici sau alegerea corecta a ingredientelor. Limbajul este adecvat, destul de facil si pentru cei care nu sunt vorbitori nativi de engleza sau nu dispun de un vocabular de specialitate. Gama de retete este foarte cuprinzatoare, de la supe la deserturi, cu specific larg (de la gourmet, la vegan). Cat despre calitatea editarii, totul este la superlativ: hartie lucioasa, coperti cartonate, font-uri lizibile, fotografii de calitate si layout confortabil de privit. In concluzie, o carte de referinta, care ar trebui sa se regaseasca in colectia oricarui pasionat de bunatati!
