George Jaiani is the Director of the Ilia Vekua Institute of Applied Mathematics (VIAM) and Professor at the Tbilisi State University, Georgia.

David Natroshvili is Chief Researcher at the Ilia Vekua Institute of Applied Mathematics (VIAM) and Head of the Department of Mathematics at the Georgian Technical University.
