Hans Boserup is an attorney admitted to the Danish Supreme Court, mediator and university lecturer. Through more than 3,500 litigations and other disputes, he has observed parties become elevated or paralysed by microdynamics activated by opponents or inattentive third parties. He has observed how microdynamics cause loss of health. He has noticed that trust in a community's protection mechanisms through unnoticed microdynamics have changed into disbelief, powerlessness and despair. He has trained more than 2,000 mediators in what is needed to solve conflicts and re-establish a more satisfying life for everyone involved. Fulfilling needs alone will not lead you all the way, a significant mediation concept that Boserup also addresses throughout the book. For fifteen years, Hans Boserup has been working with a variety of mediation methods used in countries all across the globe. Hans Boserup is an appointed mediator in a Danish appeals court. He has employed these mediation mainstreams described in this book with an achieved settlement rate of more that 90 per cent.
