Megan's Gift

In the operating room following the accident, Megan's heart stops for more than ten minutes. During this time, she is swept away to a futuristic world by an angel named Eon. In this world, Megan sees startling images of what is to come-a madman wanting to play god has released a killer virus known as the Bleeds. Megan's journey begins in New Evergreen, Colorado, a healthy community claiming to be free from the disease. The key to a breakthrough is a doctor named Jackie who has mysteriously remained protected from the deadly outbreak. The townspeople in New Evergreen want to move Dr. Jackie to a more protected area because of her immunity to the Bleeds. Despite their efforts, a higher power has orchestrated a meeting between the madman, his slave army, the military, and Jackie-from whence a monumental miracle will take place.

In the end, only one question remains: what is Megan's role in this apocalyptic drama of the future?
