Although in our day-to-day lives the darkness of the trauma we have endured and the people that surround us may attempt to encompass us. Without that darkness, we would never comprehend the peace that awaits us in the tiniest speck of light. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places (Ephesians 6:12).
