Notă biografică
JOAN BUSFIELD is Professor of Sociology and a Pro-Vice-Chancellor at the University of Essex. Having qualified originally as a clinical psychologist, she is the co-author (with Michael Paddon) of Thinking about Children and author of Managing Madness. She is currenlty joint editor of the journal Sociology.
