Notă biografică
Herman Hay Ming Lo, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor in the Department of Applied Social Sciences at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a Registered Social Worker and an approved counseling supervisor in Hong Kong. Dr. Lo has received extensive professional training in mindfulness, and he is a certified MBSR (mindfulness-based stress reduction) teacher at the Brown Mindfulness Center and a certified trainer from the International Academy of Mindful Teaching at the Netherlands. With extensive family and mental health practice experience, Dr. Lo is one of the few scholars with a research focus on application of mindfulness-based programs in parenting and family caregiving.
