Notă biografică
Frank Jude Boccio, an interfaith minister and longtime student of Thich Nhat Hanh who integrates the practice and philosophy of yoga, Buddhism, and Ayurveda. His background includes a 700-hour training program under the guidance of Georg Feuerstein, and he is currently a senior student in Dharma Teacher Training under the guidance of Samu Sunim. Boccio is a certified yoga teacher/therapist through the Bateman Institute on New York City, and teaches yoga in Brooklyn and New Paltz, New York, as well as regularly leading Mindfulness Yoga sessions at Zen Mountain Monastery and other spiritual retreat centers. He lives in Tillson, New York.
Georg Feuerstein is the founder and president of Yoga Research and Education Center and the author of many books about the theory and practice of Yoga, including The Yoga Tradition.
