He is the author of A Journey Through Time and Eternity and Chivalry in the Monastery. He is also the editor of The Remnant's Voice, a free monthly newsletter in circulation for the past fifteen years. He has written several local plays and Christian songs over the last decade and has taught Sunday School classes for nearly as many. He is a graduate of the Institute of Children's Literature, the Long Ridge Writer's Group, the Institute of Jewish-Christian Studies, and holds certification as a behavioral consultant with the Institute of Motivational Living. Garner also holds an advanced diploma in counseling from Light University and a degree in Bible and Theology from Global University.
