The so-called anti-corruption organizations are just paper work organizations. They don't have technical power to eradicate corruption. Students and workers are all corrupt. None of them is faithful any more. Marriage in many parts of least developed countries is becoming a shadow of the former or old type of marriage. No marriage is for long, as many modernity crazes claim that "Marriage is a sort of contract" between a man and a woman.
