This is my 4th cookbook. I am excited to be able to write these gluten free cookbooks. I have Celiac and have to eat gluten free forever now. I am 6 years into being it. So I thought that I should write these books to be able to help some people out there to be able to eat good. I am just a good ole country girl who loves to cook. I have many flops and many more good recipes. I am hoping that these books helps some people to understand that just because your gluten free you don't have to give up all your old family recipes. I hope you enjoy these recipes as they are mostly all from my family. I am turning them into all gluten free. Enjoy and eat good.
