I met Cyndi in high school, and after a storybook romance, we were married. But within six months, our lives were turned upside down when we learned that Cyndi had cancer. After eight amazing years marked by miracles and struggle, Cyndi passed away. My two young children and I were left to search for hope and meaning through the shards of shattered dreams.
