This text is a comprehensive analysis of three new Srl Lankan statutes dealing with money laundering, financial transactions reporting and terrorist financing. Since the early 1970's Dr Jayasuriya has been associated with international and regional drug control activities and from 1996-1 999 he served as the Chief Technical Adviser to the United Nations International Drug Control Programme covering South Asia and the Central Asian Republics.
