SIR THOMAS MALORY (c.1405–1471) was the English author of Le Morte D’Arthur, compiled from various English and French sources. The work was first printed by William Caxton in 1485.
MIKE POULTON has a string of successful translations and adaptations to his name, most notably Schiller’s Don Carlos (West End, 2005) and The Canterbury Tales for the RSC (Stratford, 2005).
