Mother Earth Legends

These eleven Mother Earth Legends travel through time from a mythical past when the Earth was flat to a dystopian future when the planet's surface has been perfected with plastic. Along the journey, we meet a writer of Greek dramas, a Hawaiian shaman, a visionary teenage musician, a wannabe actor in TV ads, a newly elected politician, an old woman who holds seven generations in her heart, a budding meteorologist, and more.

They have in common a personal connection to place - the Earth. They all express that connection, that love, in unique and surprising ways. Their stories encourage us to find our own ways of becoming Mother Earth legends.
