Everything in life has Energy. Everything living, every object, everything has energy. Energy is something that we can learn to control. Once we control this energy that surrounds us and that is within us, we can learn to control our world. We can control this energy by learning to control our emotions and our thoughts. We can learn to use this energy to motivate ourselves and others. We can learn how make our own little world a better place. And then we can start to spread that little part of our world to those around us. I have always been fascinated with motivation. What motivates some people, but doesn't seem to work on others? What makes some people work really hard when others don't seem to care? In this book, I try to touch on both the subjects of energy and motivation, as well as a few other topics, in order to fully understand what makes our world around us tick.
