Notă biografică
Assel Tutumlu and Gaye Güngör are Assistant Professors of International Relations at Gediz University. They received their PhD degrees in Global Affairs from Rutgers, State University of New Jersey (USA) and in Political Science from Florida International University, Miami (USA), respectively.
