Patricia Moyes worked as an editor at British Vogue, and her familiarity with the London fashion scene is put to good use in this tale of murder at the fictional Style magazine, right in the midst of their preparations for the upcoming Paris shows. Happily, Inspector Tibbett, who knows very little about fashion, is very good at solving crime.
