The head of Macau's largest gaming empire, Jocelyn Cheng, collapses and dies on the floor of one of the major casinos she oversees. Her murder comes as a shock, as she was one of the area's most influential executives and most generous philanthropists. The shock turns to fear, however, when the local police find a chilling note inside the executive's purse: a warning from The Organization (now going by 'O') indicating they killed Cheng and are set to launch a grisly scheme that will upend the freedoms of everyone across Asia.
