Bob Daniels has a great life. Happily married with a young son, Bob is an LA attorney with Hollywood stars for clients. Life is what he always wanted--successful.
That is, until Bob's wife announces she's leaving him for another man, his son is ripped from his arms, and he discovers his law partner has been stealing from their firm for years. Suddenly lost, Bob just wants to talk to his dad.
The problem with that is Robert Daniels Sr. died last year in a place called York, Maine. Estranged for years, Bob struggles with the idea that the chance to know his father is gone. Then he learns of a widow in Maine, a woman who his father lived with during the last year of his life.
