Life is unpredictable, full of ups and downs, fortune or misfortune. Yet no matter how life changes, the gateways to happiness are always open. I am an ordinary Chinese woman, yet I have experienced vicissitudes of different lives in China, Japan and the U.S. I have tasted the sweetness, bitterness, sourness, and spiciness of life. For love, I gave up my full professorship with tenure in Japan and came to the U.S. to live a simple but happy life. However, my love was suddenly relentlessly taken away. Yet I miraculously recovered and regained happiness. Now I am immersed in the light of happiness with my new love, enjoying the delicious fruit of love in our beautiful garden full of sunshine.
