This book is about my personal journey battling heart disease and the heredity factor associated with it. I will share my personal story with you to help make clear why sometimes you can be doing everything supposedly right and still face problems and adversity. It is my hope that this book and the information contained herein will help others who are perhaps facing similar problems and/or situations.
