What I love most about Rome is the subtlety by which a day is expected to transpire, living in a pace most comfortable with a joyful person's lifestyle-somewhat slow, yet content. Spirituality may not be defined in every aspect of life there; it is, however, an indelible experience that creates a longing to fill one's heart with delight that is found in forms too plentiful to describe in a mere passage. Maybe it's the churches, even the relics. Perhaps the antiquity displayed in places sometimes too austere for those of us who thrive in a structured environment. But whatever it is- the desire to go back remains as the one true essence of thought.
