Natural Healing

During my early struggle with Type 1 Diabetes, I felt like my entire life had been overtaken with needles, hormone treatments, medications, and hospital visits. I felt utterly lost and hopeless, like my life was no longer in my control. But one day a friend suggested I change my eating habits. Within 1 year, everything had changed - by just focussing on a better diet and more natural solutions for my problem, I was able to reverse my diabetes (and much more health problems) After two years I was so passionate about the power of good food that I decided to leave my career and my job at a law firm to pursue a degree in nutrition at Baylor University. It was probably the best decision I've ever made. After graduating, I resolved to dedicate myself to making the knowledge I had accessible to as many people as possible.
