Michael Lysander Fremuth is Professor at the Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law of the University of Vienna and Scientific Director of the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Fundamental and Human Rights, Vienna, Austria.Jörn Griebel is Professor of Public Law and International Economic Law at the University of Siegen, Germany.Robert Heinsch is Associate Professor of Public International Law at the Grotius Centre for International Legal Studies and Director of its Kalshoven-Gieskes Forum on International Humanitarian Law at Leiden University, The Netherlands.
