A drinks a day, keep toxins away Our body needs lots of liquid in order to maintain strong and long term body system. Health care is about balancing of eating everything. We need all the vitamins in our body so that every part of our body works well and works healthily. Everyone wants the long term health, it starts with our daily personal care which could be very small matter in our daily activities and it counts. We need to listen to our body, each of us has different body system so if our body send message to us we must acknowledge and address it properly. We say sharing is caring.
