As a spiritual mentor, PJ Spur utilizes many different healing modalities and resources in her practice, where she supports people who are "awakening" to their spiritual journey. With a specialty in past life regression and life-between-lives journeys, PJ is a Certified Hypnotist, a Medium and Angel Certified Practitioner. In 2008, PJ was led to write an e-book on grief and lead a series of classes for grieving people. In 2015, PJ began updating the book for publication with new information, including new healing tools and ways to use crystals and essential oils for grief support. The book is entitled "Navigating Grief with Grace." PJ shines a light, so you can see your way to healing and transforming your own life.
