Fantastic action, mystery, suspense novel. Not only does it capture your attention & keep you riveted throughout, it was just a great read, and sequel to "Necessary Evils." You surely don't HAVE to read "Necessary Evils" first, but if you don't you'll be compelled to go back to read it after reading "Nemesis."
