Notă biografică

Fabio Savastano is a medical doctor and orthodontist who has been teaching Neuromuscular Orthodontics for many years. He earned his medical degree from the University of Naples in 1987 and completed his specialization in Orthodontics at the University of Padua in 1990. Since 1990, he has focused on applying the principles of Neuromuscular Dentistry to Orthodontics. In 1994, he developed a unique diagnostic and treatment protocol for orthodontics and conceived Neuromuscular Orthodontics as a distinct branch of the field (San Paolo, Brazil). Dr. Savastano has shared his knowledge through lectures and courses in various countries, including Brazil, Spain, France, India, Bahrain, UAE, Canada, Czech Republic, Russia, Armenia, Ukraine, UK, and Italy. He has taught over 1,200 doctors since 1989. With 15 years of experience as a hospital consultant, he has gained expertise in treating complex TMJ pathologies and orthodontics for maxillofacial surgery. In 2006, Dr. Savastano founded and became the President of the International College of Neuromuscular Orthodontics and Gnathology (ICNOG). He is also an adjunct professor and the Director of the master’s program in Neuromuscular Orthodontics at the Universitat Jaume I in Castellón, Spain. Through his work, he continues to inspire and guide orthodontists in advancing their professional skills.
