The Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) are the current codified laws of the State of Nevada. This is the 2017 version of the law. It contains the Crimes and Punishments of Nevada and both the Controlled Substances and Medical Marijuana laws. It also contains the results of Questions 1 and 2 (from the November 8th, 2016 election) and the Good Samaritan Drug Overdose Laws. It does not contain any legal analysis.
