Ina Fabian a dat nota:
I had many expectations for this book after reading a few reviews and seeing its popularity online. Even for a middle grade book, it was very tempting. And it didn’t disappoint. I liked that the main character was just a simple girl, missunderstood, not knowing very much about herself until faced with challenges in front of her. Sounds very human actually. Meanwhile, all around her, magic was everywhere, magical creatures and magical powers of people were overwhelming for her. But not for me. I liked each and every one of them: the magic, the evil side of the story and the magic competition. The only thing I didn’t liked was that in this world building, a few things happened so easily and the element of surprise was not very surprising at all. I still want to read the sequel, even with so many books on my TBR list.
