The Flashback Killer is kidnapped from the Orleans Parish Prison by one of the N.O.P.D named James McHenry McHenry has now lost his mind and declare a war against the City of New Orleans. Now gone rogue, McHenry is now calling himself the Rogue Killer and his first order of business is killing the Flashback Killer.
