New World Disorder

Autor Steve Carter, Antoinette Rydyr
en Limba Engleză Paperback – 2018
"New World Disorder - Rise of the Neofem" combines issues #0 and #1 into one volume. At the dawn of the twenty-first century womankind achieved what nature had always denied her - physical prowess that rivalled that of any man. Through the new designer drug Femjolt and experiments with nano-genetics the feminists created a new breed of woman - the Neofem! Tall, glamorous, sexy, intelligent and powerful. Any girl could become a Neofem simply by using Femjolt and countless women turned to this new wonder drug just to escape the bonds of their biology and their otherwise dreary, unproductive and uneventful lives. But there were devastting side-effects - sexual psychosis, uncontrollable aggression, even physical mutation and mental retardation... Human society was changed forever, and social problems of a hitherto unknown and vast magnitude arose... New World Disorder #0 contained 3 comicbook stories including "Death Mission", "Clan Wars" and "Wildthings". This is the new millennium, a world crawling with humanised animals and insane animal-like humans. Gangs of skinheads, bikers, and chaos bitches fight for their right to survive in a world gone mad. New World Disorder #1 contained 3 comicbook stories including "Social Cleansing", "Girl Wars" and "Feminists from Hell" plus bonus fiction story called "No Man's Land". It's the dawn of the new millennium and the twilight of civilisation as fanatical and misandrist neo feminists genetically mutate themselves into muscle-bound psycho-bitches in a bid for world domination as society crumbles.

Notă biografică

Steve Carter created "Phantastique" in 1985. It was Australia's first newsstand available horror comic and the subject of much media controversy. After Phantastique's short life, Steve's next newsstand comic book was the horror and science-fiction comicbook "Charnel House". Steve teamed up with Antoinette Rydyr in the early 1990s. Their art and writing incorporates strong elements of Sci Fi and horror fantasy to surrealism and weird satire. As the creative team known as S.C.A.R. they create in a variety of mediums - prose fiction, illustration, comic books, screenplays and even music. Steve is also the driving force behind experimental electronica bands FistFunk Futurists and TeknoSadisT. A collaboration with Ethan Somerville saw the creation of their steampunk western novel, "Weird Wild West" parts one and two published in 2018 by Bizarro Pulp Press.
