Notă biografică

Chijioke C. Ohuruogu is Professor and Dean of the Faculty of Law at Benson Idahosa University, Benin City. An alumnus of the Universities of Ife and Lagos, he received a Certificate of Honour from Xiamen Academy of International Law, China, in 2009, and has served as a Teaching Fellow and Human Rights Scholar at the Human Rights Institute, Columbia University, USA. His teaching and research interests include public international law and its branches, particularly international human rights law, international humanitarian law, international criminal law, refugee law, transitional justice, alternative dispute resolution, maritime law and constitutional law. Okechukwu Timothy Umahi, PhD, is Senior Lecturer in Law and the Head of the Department of Private and Property Law, Faculty of Law at Benson Idahosa University. His teaching experience covers intellectual property law, information communication technology law, commercial law, legal research and methodology, tort law, contract law, legal methods and English legal systems. His research is interested in the impact of intellectual property law on access to drugs, healthcare, innovation and developing countries, and financial regulations for developing economies.
