Notes d'Amour d'un Medecin de Femme Noire is a raw, honest, and vulnerable reflection of Dr. Apryl Brant's arduous journey navigating the multiple relationships in her life-her relationship with her husband, her attractive coworker, her family and friends, and ultimately, herself and God. Throughout her marriage, Dr. Brant did not receive the love from her husband that she consistently gave him. She made multiple sacrifices and went above and beyond in her relationship, only to be made to feel inferior and unappreciated.
