We have usually heard our elders say that health is wealth. We never actually have to know what they mean when they say that. The reason behind this theory is that they know the actual value of health. As they have experienced the consequences of being unfit or unhealthy. That is why they stop us from unhealthy food and unhealthy habits, as they do not want us to suffer the consequences of bad health. Why do we compare health with wealth?
