Recenzii

'This excellent little book was created by an experienced navigating officer who has since become an academic. Before he commenced he was well aware of the safety and pollution consciousness of the tanker sector. ...this book provides an unbiased and balanced description of how the sector operates. It would be a good idea if INTERTANKO were to provide for its widespread dissemination throughout the world's general media.' Work Boat World '...does provide useful data for students of the industry... ...he does cover a lot of aspects from operation and regulation through construction and corrosion to ship breaking in India...' The Nautical Magazine '...It is a thorough and clearly-written portrayal of life at sea which succeeds in its aim of lifting the lid on the crude oil tanker industry'. Nautilus Telegraph
