Descriere
This volume concerns the rights and obligations of the individual regarding employment relations, family relations and the ownership of immovable property. Articles illustrate the shift away from close state control towards greater freedom, as shown by beneficial new legislation such as Employment Contract Law and Property Rights Law, alongside the Communist Party's continued reluctance to allow empowerment of the individual to threaten its political and economic goals.
