Edwin Hawkins is a multi-talented Grammy award winner. In 1967 he recorded "Oh Happy Day" a contemporary Gospel hit that remains one of the most requested songs in gospel music. He has recorded dozens of albums and been nominated for 10 Grammy Awards. In 2010 he opened Delite, Hawkins Family Cafe' with his sisters, encouraged by family and friends to share his recipes and love of cooking he wrote this book.
