Oh! Life

Autor Thai Khiem
en Limba Engleză Paperback – 28 feb 2005
We came into this world without our consent. But we owe it to ourselves and others to lead a happy life the best we could. Fortunately we have the freedom to seek that happiness the way we see fit. The important thing is we must be determined to walk THE ROAD
I look ahead -What do I see?
A long, long road in front of me
I look down at my feet on the ground
My brow burrows into a frown Miles and miles I will have to go
Inches are my feet from heel to toes.
Yet, that road I will surely walk
The inches will conquer the miles like naught And secondly be true to ourselves: I DON'T WANT
I don't want to live a lie
That someday I'll have to decry.
I want to live a life
Such that on the day I die
I may peacefully smile.
On this earth I'll do my time
Which to me will be worth the while
On this earth I won't have to sigh
Or regret the time that flew by. I don't want to live a lie The rest? The title song "Que Sera, Sera" says it all
