Based on the reality of the world socialist and communist movement, the author corrects the mistakes of socialist theory in Marxism; finds the root cause of the dictatorship of all existed socialist countries; and suggests a democratic political system for a socialist country. By the way, the author destroys the ideology fundamental of the single-party dictatorship of all Communist Parties.
