ON THE ROAD IN ROADHOUSE is about Free Being RVing in a small motorhome. The author Jack Wiley buys a small 21-foot long used motorhome, names it Roadhouse, and travels to the desert Southwest in it. He makes the Slab City, Yuma, and Quartzsite circuit. The RVing is done by boondocking, or what he calls "No Hookup RVing," which can cut the cost of RVing in half or even more.
