Frank Blake's life is changed forever the day his wife leaves him after twenty-three years of marriage. His divorce is the catalyst that starts a new chapter in his life. The Republicans try to kidnap Frank for ransom and during the subsequent fight Frank kills one of them and badly wounds the other. The Republicans continue to try to capture him with ever increasing determination. At each attempt more of them die as Frank desperately tries to evade their capture. With the help of strange forces Frank escapes their clutches several times but not without high cost as friends and loved ones die around him. Frank turns and starts to fight back with anger and deadly revenge using skills taught to him many years ago. His enemies begin to die and Frank is no longer the man he once was.
