Autor Blanco Carrero, Edgar Enrique Prolog de Astorga, Omar Editat de Ramon a. Rivero-Blanco
This research turns around Michael Hardt and Antonio Negri philosophical thoughts about war. The main objective was the critic to the hardtnegrian concept of war, following their idea which says that the actual war, in its westfalian conception, has acquired an absolute and ontological nature. This had led us to examine the "War against war" proposal, considering the association between the State and the current state of war. Having presented this conceived purpose it has been done, in the first place, an archeological analysis of war in order to understand the current global state of conflict. Secondly, it was done a phenomenological exegesis of war to establish what wants to be said when the "War against war" expression is used. In a third instance, a evaluation was made to the epistemological fundaments of a war proposal. Fourthly, the concept of "Being," in its singularity, was called to execute the war enterprise has been examined. And fifth, it became a test of the logos of the "War against the war" to determine the consistency and scope of a policy proposal aimed at the establishment of a democracy with global reach of Spinoza's spirit. As a result we were able to conclude that, even after having made important changes in the comprehension of war, Hardt and Negri's work presents consistency problems from the ontological anchorage point of view. In the same way, it puts in evidence the impossibility of generating a mutual relation between states, in the phenomenological perspective. Also, important limitations, in the epistemic foundations which hold afloat the implied method, have been observed, in the Ethos the being called to make war, and in general, in the fact that this proposal is made allowing the risks of creating the possible conditions of implanting a new political structure similar to the one that is presumed to replace.
