In struggles of my life I had to find a way I would try to solve or eliminate some of the issues in a relationship, family, and friends. So I designed a relationship plan that would remind me who I am as a person and what my values are when I experience struggles that affected me mentally and physically. An issues that resulted in a tragedy of my life that almost ended everything but ended up being such an important part of my life that forever changed me. I learned from experience that having a written plan before you go into a relationship save a lot of future problems and lets the other person understand you. Having love for myself by setting some standards have saved me from a lot of trouble. I believe valuing what is very important is letting a person know what you are about by expressing it in writing. I used my own plan and presented it to my wife and things have been better ever since.
