Recenzii
"Insgesamt bietet die Studie einen umfangreichen Überblick über die höchste Ebene des muslimischen Verbandswesens in Deutschland […]." – Mohammed Khallouk, in: islam.de, 26 October 2013
"In this highly original study, [...], Kerstin Rosenow-Williams combines a carefully articulated theoretical approach and intensive field research to analyse Muslim attitudes to German society." – Jason Dean, in: Journal of Contemporary Religion 29/1 (2014), 148-149 [DOI: 10.1080/13537903.2013.864820]
"...this is now the principle reference work on the organizations it deals with, as well as being the new benchmark for future research in this field." – Mathias Rohe, in: Islam and Christian-Muslim Relations (first published online September 17, 2014) [DOI: 10.1080/09596410.2014.955378]
"...a truly outstanding academic achievement." – Murad Wilfried Hofman, in: Journal of Islamic Studies (first published online October 1, 2014) [DOI:10.1093/jis/etu069]
"Rosenow-Williams should be congratulated for anlayzing [sic] Islamic organizations in Germany without ideological preconceptions. Her study, which reveals their pragmatic decisions and specific organizational logics, will enable different political and social actors to understand the needs that drive Islamic functionaries and the (im)possibility of their choosing alternatives in specific situations—which understanding is crucial for any sincere dialogue with the Muslim communities in Germany." – Riem Spielhaus, in: The European Legacy 21/4 (2016), 455-456 [DOI: 10.1080/10848770.2016.1150059]
