The publication includes extensive textual and visual documentation on the construction, alteration, and development of this architectural pavilion conceived in 2016 by Oscar Tuazon, which culminated with the exhibition Oscar Tuazon:  Water School at the Eli and Edythe Broad Art Museum at Michigan State University in 2019.
