Michael Davidson runs from the law to a motel in upstate New York in the hopes of remembering the events that led to his wife's murder. The only person he can trust is his twin sister Michelle. Michelle becomes number one on his suspect list due to their inappropriate feelings of passion for each other. The two play the blame game as the story takes a twist of events before the true identity of the killer is unveiled.
