Notă biografică

Tammy Hagins is a counselor and spiritual director with a masters degree in both Islamic studies and marriage and family counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. While she has been working with survivors of trauma for most of her career, she has most recently focused on working with active duty and retired service members and their families, survivors of abuse, teens in the foster care system, missionaries, and NGO workers. Tammy and her late husband, Kevin, worked with victims of sexual exploitation in India and Thailand and were part of teams doing relief and development work in Iraq and Indonesia. Tammy has also travelled to over 30 countries and done community work in Jamaica, Australia, Yemen, and China, and has worked closely with refugees in Israel, Greece, and the United States. She and her daughter, Davin, live in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
