Where did I get these affirmations? I have read affirmations on prolificliving.com and loved it and thought it would serve as a breather from the discussion that my client's and I have on mental health issue. Affirmations has always put my clients in deep thought and put a smile on their faces. So I put together some of PROLIFICLIVING.COM and my own affirmations for them to enjoy. Please feel free to change the wording to adopt it as yours. I have seen how positive affirmations work in my life as well as my friends and I wanted to share them with you. It is said, "Affirmations work best in the PRESENT tense, and when you say them consciously and preferably loudly (if the circumstance permits ), and it will help you to adopt positive BELIEVING as well as positive thinking as you embrace these words in the situations that arise in your life." The spoken word plays a big part when it comes to designing our futures. I truly believe we influence the universe word by word. Whatever we speak, it will respond. When we speak a sound, we emit a sound wave into the universe. This sound wave has the ability to cut through the air and becomes a real object. "It therefore exists in our world, intangible and invisible." No words are empty words, because every word we speak can bring energy towards or against us. If you constantly say "I can't," the energy of your words will repel the universal force against you. But if you say "I can " the universe will give you the abilities to do just that.
